Residents in communities serviced by Shoreline Patrol can use this page to request or renew a parking permit for their vehicle. All requests are verified with their property manager/HOA and processed through Shoreline Patrol’s dispatch system.

All requests are verified with their property manager/HOA and processed through Shoreline Patrol’s dispatch system to ensure real-time officer recognition and community rule compliance.

SHORELINE PATROL RESIDENT PERMIT REGISTRATION

This form is required to register your vehicle and obtain a Resident Parking Permit. It ensures only authorized residents are granted parking privileges, helps management track vehicles, and supports enforcement of community parking rules. Supporting documents are required, and by submitting you agree to comply with all HOA/apartment parking regulations.

Document Submission Instructions

Residents must Submit the Following Documents

  • Current Vehicle Registration (Required)

  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)

  • Proof of Residency *(lease agreement, utility bill, or HOA statement) (Required)

Note: Submissions without all required documents may be delayed.

What Happens After You Submit

  • Verification: Shoreline Patrol verifies the request with the property manager or HOA board.
  • Clarification: Residents may be contacted if additional vehicle details or documentation are required to finalize the parking permit.
  • Approval: Once authorized, parking permit confirmation will be sent to the resident’s registered email.
  • Patrol Integration: Shoreline Patrol officers use this data in their active system to identify permitted resident vehicles.

Parking Permit Processing Steps

Dispatch may contact the resident for additional vehicle documentation to finalize the parking permit.
